Resveratrol, antioxidants, free radicals and fruit

As we grow older, the body finds it harder to deal with the daily stresses put upon it. Whether its from lack of exercise, pollution from sunlight, alcohol or cigarettes or what we eat, all these things will contribute to the production of cell damaging free radicals.

Free radicals are highly reactive molecules that interact with molecules within our cells and cause oxidative damage to our proteins, membranes and genes.
